The Utility expressly reserves the right to disconnect, confiscate unauthorized devices, and / or discontinue service or any other connection with or without notice where the Utility discovers, finds or is otherwise made aware of any such installation that poses a threat to the supply, public health or public safety.

Supply - the utility cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and will not be responsible for any claims arising out of the failure to deliver continuous service.​

Water Payments

Go to http://pay.softtelpay.com or call toll free 1-855-4TELPAY (1-855-483-5729).

When you are asked to enter an identification code, use 4221011. You must have your credit/debit card and this bill in order to enter other needed information. SOFTtelPay will charge a nominal fee for using this service.

Go Paperless

To signup for paperless billing, go to brownsville.viewbi​ll.net, click the Register link and follow the instructions. Bills will be viewable after the city does the next billing.
